A structured six-month mentorship programme pairing young Zimbabweans aged 18–30 with experienced business leaders, providing skills development, business planning support, and seed funding for viable ventures.
Leadership Development Academy
An annual leadership academy for young people from the Midlands Province, focusing on civic leadership, community governance, and sustainable development principles.
Community Food Security Programme
Supporting vulnerable households in Mudzengi Village with food parcels, nutritional support, and kitchen garden establishment to improve food security and household resilience.
Faith Community Centre Support
Supporting the construction and equipping of a community faith centre in Mudzengi Village, serving as a hub for worship, community meetings, and social support services.
Heritage Restoration & Documentation
Comprehensive documentation and restoration of the Mandawa family heritage — ancestral land records, oral history preservation, genealogy documentation, and digitisation of family archives across 5 generations.
Smart Village Infrastructure Plan
A long-term smart village infrastructure development plan for Mudzengi Village — incorporating solar energy, digital connectivity, sustainable housing, and community facility upgrades.
